From a young age, Eddy explored the vineyards and winery alongside his father, and his passion for wine has never wavered. The winemaker’s favorite cuvée is the Champagne Rosé de Saignée. This “baby” emerged from an audacious experiment ten years ago, which proved to be a burst of flavors on the palate. The Champagne Rosé de Saignée, awarded by the Guide Hachette in 2019, with its citrus and Morello cherry notes, quickly became a customer favorite. The Champagne house also offers a Prestige cuvée, known for its finesse and subtlety, a demi-sec Tradition cuvée, and a Réserve cuvée for your festive moments.
