In the center-east of France, Burgundy is one of the oldest French wine regions, known for its very great vintages. It includes the AOC Monthélie 1er Cru.The appellation area of ​​this AOC extends between the Côte de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes over approximately 130 hectares of soils composed mainly of marl and red earth.
