AOC Arbois mousseux Pupillin

Over a distance of 80km, in the departments of Haute-Saône, Doubs and Jura, the Jura vineyard represents nearly 2,000 hectares of vines. It includes in particular the AOC Arbois mousseux Pupillin.The appellation area of ​​this AOC extends over the territory of the commune of Pupillin over approximately 300 hectares. Trousseau, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Savagnin and Poulsard vines are planted in this appellation and produce white sparkling wines (and some very rare rosés). The white wines are characterized by notes of walnut and hazelnut, by a very good aging potential and by a more or less powerful expression of their terroir.
