AOC Alsace Côtes de Rouffach

On the banks of the Rhine, the winegrowers of the Alsace region delight us with their best vintages. In this region, we find in particular the AOC Alsace Côtes de Rouffach. Located in the south of the Alsatian vineyard, the appellation area of ​​the AOC Alsace Côtes de Rouffach produces structured and elegant wines with a fruity taste. The white wines give way to aromas of citrus and white chopped fruits, while the reds based on Pinot noir tend mainly towards aromas of red fruits.

The wines of the AOC Alsace represent 70% of the regional production and are 90% white wines.
