The Domaine Saint Laurent de Saurs is a little family holding located on the Lisle-Sur-Tarn region near Gaillac. It is in 1999 that Laurent Visseq, current winemaker, decided to start to elaborate his wines in bottles. Laurent never stops modernizing his holding, new cellar, new equipments with always lots of projects in mind that are being done step by step. He takes cares of every step in his estate, from the vinification to the bottling. Today, Laurent produces about 20 different cuvees with one idea in mind : making quality wines while respecting the nature, the vines and the wine.
