Winemakers from father to son since the end of the XIXth century, Gérard Doreau is surrounded by his wife and two children, Jérôme and Émilie. Located in Monthélie, the estate covers a total surface area of 6 hectares, cultivating noble grape varieties of authentic terroirs. The culture and vinification methods are the essence of the sustainable viticulture approach, respectful of the environment and of the terroirs. The vineyard obtained the HEV (level 3) certification in 2019.
