Cuvée Secrète is the result of 7 years of research and work by Jean-Claude Mas which have resulted in a complete range of wines. : Crus, wines for laying down, traditional blanc de blancs method, organic and biodynamic wines, with no added suphites. Tasting notes Colour: Pale gold with green tints. Nose: Complex with notes of rose and currants evolving towards notes of pear and redcurrant. Mouth : Fruity and fresh. Sweet, long and well-balanced. Food and wine pairing : Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, raw marinated mackerel fillet with citrus, a semi-dry goat cheese, sheep's tomme and light dishes.
