Grapes cultivated using environmentally friendly production methods. - Terra Vitis Manual harvesting. Vinification using whole clusters, with four five weeks of maceration for natural and optimal extraction of the aromas, tannins and colour. Aged for two years in oak barrels in our 18th century vaulted cellar to give time for the wine to reveal itself and express its harmony. The 60-year old barrels help this development thanks to the exchange that exists through the wood but which in no case results in woody character.
