VSIG Vin de Cépage de France

Provence

The Var rosé, which is the name of this forgotten variety, produces large pale pink berries. It is descended from the Gouais Blanc, a thousand-year-old variety that was already being described under this name in the Middle Ages. It produces a very refreshing, fruity and crisp wine. Perfect as an aperitif or with Asian and Mediterranean dishes. This very pale rosé can also stand in place of a wihite wine, to accompany seafood, grilled prawns or fish.
