South West France WineThe Vignobles Laur is most of all a family history. The estate has been in the Laur family since 1881. Today it is Patrick, Ludovic and Cédric who manage the 46 hectares of vines on the Floressas hills. The Laur family is known to be attached to its roots, the family perpetuates the values and traditions while cultivating the Malbec, only grape variety typical of Cahors. The Laur trio produces 100% Malbec wines to show the consumers across the world how rich this grape variety is and to show it’s ability to produce wines of great quality. The respect for nature is the Laur family’s number one priority, they manage their vineyard in regards to the sustainable agriculture and can compete with Bordeaux’s Grands Crus !
