The Domaine Tour Saint Michel has been in the Fabre family for 3 generations. This estate covering a total surface area of 34 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape has been managed since 2017 by Mireille who brings a more modern style to the vineyard while respecting the family tradition. In Domaine Tour Saint Michel all the wines are in AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Amongst the 13 authorized grape varieties, Mireille only uses 6: the Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Roussanne and Clairette. She works on her vines in regards to the sustainable culture and doesn’t use any chemical herbicide. She also works on the soils with ploughs. The Domaine Tour Saint Michel’s commitment consists in respecting its grapes, its wines and the environment. Here are some identity-marked cuvees produced by the determination of a passionate woman.
