Colour: Deep red.
Nose: A nose of red fruit and spices. A generous, fleshy wine.
Palate: Light, fine tannins, typical of old Carignan.
The bunches are destemmed without pressing and then put into vats. Pumping-over with aeration, temperature control and then long maceration for a minimum of 3 weeks. A delicious wine that will stand the test of time in the cellar, matured in vats for 9 months.
