This is the name of a halophytic, mauve-coloured plant that grows in coastal areas (Mediterranean sea lavender in English), but it is also the name of this blend of Marsanne, Roussanne et Grenache Blanc, vinified in oak casks. This white, with light green hues, offers a smooth and persistent palate with floral aromas. It pairs perfectly with cooked fish and melted cheeses. Serving temperature : around 10 – 12°C.
