Clos Sorian is a small 7-ha estate located between Sète and Montpellier, in Poussan. After 15 years at Château Labégorce Margaux, the ambitious and creative Florent Granier bought the Clos and increased its range of wines. To the two appellation wines, he added an appellation rosé as well as two Vins de Pays.
Florent Granier
An aperitif wine if ever there was one, to be enjoyed chilled (16°). Characterised by its fruit. On the palate one can discern jammy notes and light tannins that give it a real sense of indulgence, while its menthol finish recalls its origins - "It has everything that a great wine should have".

A beautiful clear and transparent garnet. The nose is delicate, pleasantly dominated by the main grape variety, Grenache, and its aromas of ripe cherry. Next comes liquorice, scents of the scrubland and waxed wood. The palate is nicely present, with its black fruits, leather and cedar. The finish is spicy, with good quality tannins.
