The mouth is velvety, vinous and the more mineral finish offers beautiful length. Variety : 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier. For champagne lovers, this vintage will be enjoyed with pan-fried foie gras served after the aperitif as a starter. It power will also be a superb match with red meat and game. For dessert, a caramelised pear tart would be ideal.
