A selection of 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2011 harvest make up this cuvée. Thanks to its low level of liqueur, the Millésime 2011 Extra-Brut reveals the terroir in an authentic and unique manner. The aromas acquired are fine and subtle, following a long period of bottle ageing on lees. A freshness to be appreciated as an aperitif, with fish dishes, white meat and cheeses.To be enjoyed at a temperature between 4 and 6°C.
