Pale yellow in colour with golden glints, light and clear, beautifully fine effervescence and lifted with elegant trails of bubbles. The fine nose, which expresses complexity, starts with Williams pears, and quienhancednced by a touch of acacia; then come notes of dry fruit, almonds and hazelnuts which little by little take on a touch of roasted flavours. Aeration adds toasted notes as well as honeyed fragrances, and of sweet spices. The attack in the mouth is ample, round and silky with intense fruitiness. As it evolves, you find well-developed aromoas on the nose and a certain vinosity which is counterbalanced by acidic touches which gives it lightness. All together it is seductive and well structured with well integrated bubbles. It is fairly persistent on the finish.
