The generously fruity Blanc de Noirs cuvée is the pure expression of black-skinned Champagne grape varieties.

Champagne Premier Cru produced exclusively from Pinot Noir and Meunier from 10 villages, at 50% Grand Cru and 50% Premier Cru.
85% Pinot Noir, mainly from the Grands Crus villages of Aÿ and Tours-sur-Marne, brings power and tenderness to this racy champagne. The Hautvillers Premier Cru completes the blend with fruity notes of great elegance.
15% Meunier mainly from the famous Premier Cru village of Hautvillers sublimates the wine with roundness and richness.

The Blanc de Noirs cuvée benefits from an aging of at least 3 years, in the heart of the chalk, in our century-old cellars, in order to bring it richness and complexity.

Animated by fine and lively bubbles, the dress with a luminous and fluid appearance presents a light straw yellow color with silvery reflections.

Basket of white and yellow fruits where you can smell pippin apple, mango, peach, clementine, passion fruit. The aeration of champagne
reveals notes of star anise, kiwi, rhubarb, blackcurrant, strawberry, pomelo, granny apple, tea infusion.

Clean and fresh approach with a creamy and melted effervescence.
The champagne develops a pulpy and crunchy fruity substance, supported by a lemony acidity and aromas of green apple. The careful dosage allows you to appreciate a slender and zesty finish, enhanced by minty aromas and pulpy white fruits.

La cuvée Blanc de Noirs qui allie fraîcheur zestée et croquant de fruit, se destine aussi bien aux apéritifs dînatoires qu’aux plats d’influence terre et mer, tel un tartare de saumon et pomme verte, sauce aux herbes coriandre, ciboulette, cerfeuil ou un roulé de volaille au pesto de roquette au basilic.
