Blend : Grenache 50% and Mourvêdre 50% Manual harvesting with thorough sorting. Destemming with cold maceration, pigeage and vatting for 20 to 30 days. Aged for 15 months in new barrels with malolactic fermentation and stirring of the lees. A powerful nose of stewed red fruits and spices precedes a rich and full palate with aromas of toast, blackcurrant and blueberry, for a long finish with silky tannins and a touch of green pepper.
