The great energy and finesse of the nose delivers aromas of white fruits, citrus and minerals. It is both well-rounded and lively in the mouth. The acidity of the grapes is noticeable and rubs shoulders with the Chenin grape variety. A good wine with intense freshness. To be enjoyed with fish or cheese.
