Nose : floral, exotic and complex Palate : A very full palate with a subtle freshness. Plenty of length, recreating all of the complexity of the terroir, over a light, well-blended woody flavour. This cuvée originates from one of the oldest hills in Sancerrois, known as "cotelin", which is very steep and is south-east facing. The poor soil, consisting of clay/limestone and gravel on the surface, gives us a terroir of various geological origins. The vinification, partially in 500 l barrels, reveals a subtle harmony between the magnificent trilogy of Sauvignon grapes, the exceptional terroir and the zest provided by the barrels. On account of its finesse, full bodyand aromatic strength, Côteline will go well with aperitifs, white meats, fish in sauce and cheese.
