AOC Saint-émilion grand cru

Bordeaux

A deep wine with a ruby-red colour and purple glints. The nose is honest with lovely redcurrant and earthy aromas; in the mouth, it is full-bodied and balanced with fine tannins. The perfect wine to accompany a prime rib of beef, beef bourguignon or chocolate desserts.

CHATEAU PONTET-FUMET – Vignobles BARDET

33330 Vignonet - Bordeaux

Bardet Vineyards are located in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and Côtes de Castillon appellations. Today covering 40 ha of vines in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and 15 ha in Côtes de Castillon, Vignobles Bardet are divided up into more than 100 different plots offering a remarkable diversity of soild (limestone, gravelly, sandy, clay, molasses), exposures and micro-climates. Such a dispersal of plots in an area reduces the risk of hail, frost or parasitic infection, and gives our wines a wide palette of aromas and tastes. We are proud to have obtained HVE 3 certification, which recognises High Environmental Value. This recognises agriculture that is more respectful to the environment, following very rigorous specifications, created and controlled by the French State. Precise and rigorous work is carried out to harvest the different terroirs and varieties separately, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. “But there are some pleasures in benefiting from the exceptional assets of nature, when each year we create quality wines, the fruit of the terroir!” Philippe Bardet
