The Domaine Chauvenet is located in Pommard since 1909. For three generations now, the domain has keep on growing and evolving over the years. Since 2017, Marlyse and Jacques’ daughter, Jackie, develops the estate with a lot of ambitions and projects. She has studied oenology and viticulture and she has taken the opportunity to bring in new techniques. The domain benefits from a great diversity of terroirs with plots that are very steep and greatly located between the Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Beaune, Pommard, and Saint-Romain. Wines maturation is realised in inox tanks and in 2 or 3 wines’ barrels, for a duration going from 18 to 24 months depending on the appellation.
