Four generations have succeeded one after the other on this estate. Christophe's great-great-grandfather was a cooper. Attentive to the ecosystem, Christophe Sornay practises cover planting in his vineyard and provides enrichment for the soil humus with vine shoot homogenate. The estate farms 12 hectares of vines, made up of Morgon, Régnié and Beaujolais white, red and rosé. The wine-making method is clearly reminiscent of the Morgon vintage motto: "The fruit of a Beaujolais, the charm of a Burgundy".
