History of the domaine: Château Mamin appears on maps from the 18th century, listed as the property of the knight Mamin. It is located in Arbanats, at the heart of the Graves wine-growing region. Tasting notes : The nose is subtly fruity. Hints of citrus and peaches combined with toasted notes. Refined on the palate with a complex aromatic expression of fresh fruits enhanced by a hint of acidity. With excellent length, and maturing in oak barrels that brings woody notes and sweetness. WINE AND FOOD PAIRINGS : Aperitif. Seafood, fish and white meats.
