the winemaker's suggestion

The color of this wine is bright red, deep and generous. The nose, which still looks young, combines red fruits (cherry, strawberry) with aromatic plants (laurel, sage), green pepper, under the wood, with vanilla smoke and woody.
In the mouth, we note the attack, the presence of young tannins of great quality, the roundness of richly extracted flesh, the opulence of flavors where you'll find blackcurrant liqueur, guignolet, vanilla liqueur, chopped truffle, juniper and roasted wood.

This aging wine, to be served at room temperature, will sublimate your dishes in sauce, your grilled dishes and dishes with spicy flavors.

This wine develops notes of pepper and cassis, typical of the grape varieties that make it up.

Serving temperature: 14 to 15 ° C.

Guard: 8 to 10 years old.

Excuse mon Allemand!
