This red "Tradition" cuvée may well be the perfect compromise between the freshness of the aromas of red fruit, spices, violet and garlic, constituting the typical bouquet of the Fronton wines and the harmonious tannic structure that makes it suitable for ageing.The nose of this wine consists of a complex bouquet of violet, red and black berries, complemented by a touch of spice. The palate is sweet and round. The finish is long with a hint of liquorice.This wine should be drank at between 15 et 17°C. On account of its finesse and its delicate and complex aromatic palate, this wine will go perfectly with white and red meats, either grilled or roasted.

Extending over a surface area of 44 ha, the Château Laurou vineyard is located in the Tarn (Languedoc). The soils are made up of sandy earth called white "boublènes", which help the vines to reach their full potential. Since 2013, all the wines from the state have the "Agriculture Biologique" (organic production) certification.Estate HistoryA wine-growing estate since the 1970s, Château Laurou belongs to the Fronton appellation. It was purchased in 1997. Today, Château Laurou wines are made using the varieties typical of the Fronton appellation: Négrette , Syrah , Cabernets Franc, Sauvignon and Gamay.VinificationPicked and pressed before vatting, the grape is vinified in thermo-regulated concrete vats. The vatting duration is determined according to the vintage and allows optimum extraction of colour and aromas, in order to make very expressive wines.Red wines: complex and expressive, these wines unveil aromas of red fruit, spices and violets. In the mouth they are fleshy and persistent. The liquorice end notes, specific to Fronton wines, complete this rich aromatic palette. They marry perfectly with grilled or roasted meats, and also duck breast and generally all dishes that are typical of south-western France. Serving temperature: 14-17°CRosé wines: a fresh and explosive nose that unveils aromas of citrus fruit, exotic fruit and raspberries. They are full in the mouth and have an excellent finish. Although these wines marry perfectly with barbecued meats and summer salads, in the mouth they are sufficiently fat to be matched with heartier dishes such as meat dishes with sauce. Serving temperature: 8-11°C
