This red "Tradition" cuvée may well be the perfect compromise between the freshness of the aromas of red fruit, spices, violet and garlic, constituting the typical bouquet of the Fronton wines and the harmonious tannic structure that makes it suitable for ageing.The nose of this wine consists of a complex bouquet of violet, red and black berries, complemented by a touch of spice. The palate is sweet and round. The finish is long with a hint of liquorice.This wine should be drank at between 15 et 17°C. On account of its finesse and its delicate and complex aromatic palate, this wine will go perfectly with white and red meats, either grilled or roasted.
