The brilliant colour with green hues has a fine, regular and persistant foam. On the nose, the attack is very much marked by the two white grape varieties. The Chenin variety has aromas of lime, apricot and lemongrass. You then get olfactory nuances provided by its period of storage on lees (pastry, brioche, almonds, hazelnuts) The attack on the palate is honest, delicately tactile and persistent. It brings out an excellent character, which is both floral (acacia, lime) and fruity (very ripe apricot, candied lemon, almond) This wine, harmonious on the whole, has a reasonable acidity and a wonderful freshness Ideal as an aperitif.
