A unique white wine in this appellation: 100% Romorantin It's a dry wine, vibrant, full-bodied and pale yellow with aromas of ripe fruits and a hint of acacia flower. It's from 12 to 18 months of ageing in the bottle that all these aromas evolve towards nuances evoking honey with floral notes, mainly linden and sometimes mock-orange and jasmine. A long-keeping wine (8 - 10 years).
