A blend of Grenache and Syrah planted in clayey-limestone soil associated with sandstone land. Achieved using skin maceration and closely monitored vinification for 28 days. Garnet-red colour. Aromas of spice, coffee, kirsch and violet. Ripe fruits in the mouth. Very promising, fiery tannins.
