Domaine Saint Amant, located in the heart of Dentelles de Montmirail, at 500m altitude, in the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, benefits from a unique terroir: 13 hectares of small plots on south-east facing steep slopes, swept by the Mistral wind, on marl and Trias limestone soil, poor, dry and not susceptible to disease or parasites.
