CHATEAU MALHERBE

83230 Bormes-les-Mimosas - Provence

For four generations, in this unique place, the Ferrari family has cultivated a timeless way of life and a philosophy that aims to bring out the best in the estate's production. In the Château, the ongoing search for excellence is a reality in every moment. Here, in order to avoid depleting the vine, we have low yields (35 hectolitres per hectare). Traditional handling of the vine and wine-making methods are used without sacrificing quality. The harvest, exclusively carried out by hand, is carried out once grapes are ripe. Sorting is meticulous and the vinification process is particularly rigorous. Château Malherbe is the way to encounter a place, a spirit, of rare and secret wines, that convey the determination of a family to preserve this jewel of the Mediterranean.
