Golden yellow, the colour is bright and clear. Very intense and aromatic on the nose, combining white flowers and citrus. Powerful and incredibly complex in the mouth, lemony notes highlight an as yet unknown fullness about the white wines of Provence. The cuvée Prieure will go perfectly with fish in sauce, foie gras and truffle-based dishes.
