The Chardonnay cuvée is without doubt the cuvée that marks the originality of this dynamic estate. Not common in Provence, this variety expresses itself very well through notes of white flowers and honey while incorporating buttery notes thanks to the vinification in new oak barrels. The stirring, after fermentation, helps to bring depth to this complex wine but with complete finesse. WINE AND FOOD PAIRINGS: Often enjoyed as an aperitif, thanks to its finesse, it excels with smoked salmon, cooked fish such as sole, turbot and monkfish. Its depth and generosity in the mouth will be a wonderful match with white meats in sauce or poultry in cream.
