This wine expresses all the finesse of our terroirs of gravel and ferrous clay. It's a wine full of finesse with silky tannins and fruity, delicate woody aromas. Made using mechanical and manual harvesting, vinification is carried out at a controlled temperature with long maceration (more than 30 days in 2010). A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wines are aged in new French oak barrels and from one wine and blended with 25% vat-aged wine.
