The colour is a magnificent canary yellow, with delicate golden hues. The nose opens up with enthusiasm and freshness, with aromas of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple, lychee), before a hint of kumquat enhances the finish and gives the impression of freshness. The palate is deliciously harmonious with the smoothness of the candied grape complemented by mushroom...all enhanced by last season's raisining, which adds freshness. With no woodiness and with very pure aromas, this delicious wine is all about the fruit, which you practically have to crunch through! A wine that is perfect as an aperitif or with dessert

Château de Bellevue is a family vineyard planted on 35 hectares of diverse soils, proposing the whole range of Anjou wines (Chenin, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the white wines; Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds and rosés). With a respect for quality, our working methods remain traditional: 35 hectares mainly harvested by hand, 10% mechanised, depending on meterological conditions.
