AOC Côteaux de Quercy

South West France

The Grains de Revel "Sauvignon Gris - Blanc Sec" is produced from select parcels of the IGP Comté Tolosan appellation. It is made from the Sauvignon Gris grape variety (100%), which gives it a good balance between acidity and aroma.Upon tasting you get aromas of kiwi, exotic fruits (mango), white flowers and mint, with a good aromatic persistence. It goes wonderfully with shellfish and other fish
