The Classique cuvée is the purest reflection of the philosophy of this estate, held by the Joyeux family for 7 generations. The grapes from the medium-sized terraces of the Orbieu are harvested by hand and delicately vinified to preserve their fruit. This AOC Corbières (40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Carignan) has sedueced international journalists such as the Parker Guide, but also famous French wine critics Bettane and Desseauve, on account of its unbeatable ratio of price to enjoyment. Classique is a Mediterranean wine with notes of black fruit, scrubland and spice. Its finesse and elegance are sculpted by its freshness and balance.

Domaine de la Cendrillon is a family estate passed down the generations for more than 250 years. Robert Joyeux — the current owner — represents the 7th generation. Located in the Corbières in southern France, very close to Carcassonne and Narbonne, the estate has 50 ha of vines, including 15 ha of young vines (2-15 years old). Convinced that all great wines come from a healthy, vibrant environment, the estate converted to organic production and obtained ECOCERT certification in 2013. This approach imposes extreme care for the vines to obtain healthy grapes with delicious juice. The planting of "exotic" varieties (Albarinho, Verdejo) and the enlargement of the winery has resulted in vinifications where each plot can express its originality. Thanks to the diversity of these terroirs and varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault and also Merlot, Marselan and Petit Manseng), the Cellar Master has at his disposal very rich colours and exceptional aromas, which ensure the production of fresh, balanced, fine and elegant wines.
