Made with 80% Sauvignon and 20% Chardonnay, this wine stands out very clearly for its finesse and pleasant floral bouquet. Nose : Delicate citrus notes (grapefruit), broom, white flowers, jasmine, lilac and white peach. Palate : the vivacity relative to the vintage highlights notes of apple and fresh almond. The good ripening of the grapes gives this cuvée plenty of body and good structure in the mouth. Cellaring : 4 to 5 years. Vinification with skin maceration, this wine stands out for its clarity, brilliance and very pleasant length in the mouth.
