The Domaine Jérémy Arnaud is in the Viviers area, a small village near Chablis. It is in 2016 that Jérémy Arnaud created this estate of 0,55 hectares of vines. He bought a parcel of wine while pursuing his oenology studies. For Jérémy ‘A great wine is the creation of the soil that can only be revealed thanks to the human work’. This is why his number one priority is to respect this precious soil by creating fresh and well-mastered cuvees.
