Served chilled as an aperitif or with light meals, this wine is a must with sweet/savory combinations: duck with orange, pudding with apples, pork with pineapple. Cabernet d'Anjou is also a must with spicy cuisine, and has the particularity of being drunk on its own, outside of mealtimes.
