I have been producing wine on 3.4 hectares since November 2004 (2.9 ha Beaujolais villages and 0.5 ha Brouilly). My wines: Brouilly — Beaujolais-Villages. Our plots benefit from excellent sun exposure and our wines, made traditionally, are round and fruity for the Beaujolais-Villages, structured and full of aromas for the Brouilly. Thanks to our traditional vinification methods (long vatting, no added yeasts, etc.), these "vins de terroir" are long-keeping. We carry out manual harvests and grape selection to meet our quality objectives.
