Pinot Beurot comes from vines located in Volgré, near Joigny, and is made from a pinkish-gray grape reminiscent of the bure from which the robes of the monks of Citeaux were made. Highly floral and low in acidity, it has great aromatic complexity, roundness, freshness and persistence. It's a powerful white wine with great character that keeps well.
