Cuvée Prestige

Cuvée Prestige is designed to be a wine for laying down, in the Bordeaux tradition. To achieve this, we'll have harvested the grapes relatively late, when the skin starts to ripen and the seeds change colour. It is actually the skins and the seeds that will be found in the tannins. We endeavour to weave these tannins so that their diversity creates a varied, complex structure that is sufficiently tight for a silky impression to be revealed by the rawness of the tannins.
