A family property located in Saint-Seurin-Sur-L’Isle, on the edge of Saint-Emilion. The vineyard is planted with three grape varieties typical for the Libournais: Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The oldest vines are from 1958, the average is around 1988. The orientation of the rows to East / West allows maximum insolation. The soil is marked by an alternation of gravels and sands, with a layer of clay under the ground. The vines are fed all year round, without water excess in winter and out of hydro stress in summer. The climate is influenced by the ocean, with the exceptional balance of the Saint-Emilion microclimate. The management of the vineyard is followed by the methods of sustainable viticulture, with the minimum of treatments, fertilization is adapted to each parcel.
