The family farm in Saint André de Cubzac goes back five generations.Initially focused on mixed farming, great-grandfather Marc MOREAU sold beef in his butcher's shop in the town centre. Gradually, he turned to wine production in his cellar, favouring direct sales. His activities extended to the Paris region and Brittany, where he bottled wine for private customers.
Today, I'm committed to continuing this tradition while modernising the business. In 2021, we began converting to organic farming, thus returning to more environmentally-friendly practices. The development of short circuits and local trade is also at the heart of our concerns, encouraging partnerships with local players, both in terms of supplies and customers.
Covering around 7 hectares, our vineyards are spread over a variety of terroirs, ranging from clay-limestone to silty-siliceous. Some of our plots, planted as long ago as 1948, produce grapes of exceptional quality. Our vineyards are mainly planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec for the red wines, and Muscadelle, Sauvignon and Semillon for the white wines.
We do our utmost to limit the use of inputs, by scrupulously following organic farming specifications. Our soils remain grassed, light work is carried out under the rows, and treatments are mainly carried out using bio-control products.
Our wines are made and matured in our own winery, located in the heart of our vineyards. Our range includes barrel-aged and non-barrel-aged red wines, rosé, dry white, sweet white and crémant, available in bottle or BIB. We warmly invite you to come and visit us to discover our expertise and our products.

The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris gives this dry white wine a character that is both vibrant and fresh, with soft aromas of white flowers. The ideal match with shellfish, it will find its place at a seafood meal, going extremely well with any fish-based dishes. Fresh as an aperitif, and ideal to start a great meal!
