Presentation : The Château de La Rivière vineyard spans 65 hectares of vines planted on a clay-limestone terroir. The Château de La Rivière is home to 8 hectares of limestone quarries, perfect for ageing in barrels and for the storage of the bottles. Blend : 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon Harvesting : Carried out from 3 to 6 September 2015 on parcels of land specifically reserved for the production of this pressed rosé. Production : 15 500 bottles + 500 magnums, Vinification : Cold pressing. Low pressure alcoholic fermentation (16°c) Ageing : In vats, for 3 months Yield : 50 hl / ha Tasting notes : Delicate pink colour. The nose is dominated by aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and white peach, but also rose. The palate is simultaneously lively, fresh and light.
