Limestone marl terroir of Trias, at the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, for this red Beaumes de Venise rouge. The vines are located right at the top of the AOC, at an altitude of between 400 and 600 m. A blend of grape varieties with 10% Viognier (white) added immediately after fermentation. Aged for one year in wooden casks that are more than 15 years old. Its nose exhales olive and rosemary. Its palate is balanced, between soft fruit and a nice, bold structure. A pleasurable wine, dense and voluminous.La Revue du Vin de France - June 2015
