Our Cuvées Fûts de Chêne come from our Morgon Côte du Py "Vieilles Vignes" which are selected for ageing in barrels less than for years' old and for a duration of 8 to 9 months. When tasting this cuvée, you can appreciate and discover very-preseant oak tannins which, depending on the vintage, are characterised by a vanillary, toasted, coffee and even caramel side. Drink ideally after 4 or 5 years in order for an optimal blend of the wine and oak's tannins.
